Scope of Services: Value Engineering proposal was initially undertaken for a partly constructed project, Architectural designs, Structural designs, MEP Services, Quantity Surveying, Construction Supervision

Cost Estimate: Rs 45 million 

 

Project Description: It is an international college which conducts tertiary level education courses. The building provides lecture halls, IT laborotories, administration and other ancillary facilities
